Summary
We collect the minimum information needed to run this website and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not share what you send us with anyone outside the list below. You can ask us what we hold and ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is operated by WEGOLA PTY LTD (ACN 698 181 092), trading as WeGola. We are an Australian private company registered in Western Australia, providing website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
For the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988, we are the app entity in relation to your personal information.
Collection
The four categories below cover everything we collect. Nothing else is collected unless we tell you at the time.
Contact form data
Name, email, phone, business name, budget range, and the project description you send us.
When — Only when you submit the form on /contact.
Analytics
Aggregated, IP-anonymised page views, referrers, and device type via Google Analytics 4.
When — On every page, only if you accept the analytics cookie.
Hosting logs
IP address, user agent, request path, and response code — kept by our hosting provider for 30 days.
When — Automatically, on every request.
Email correspondence
Anything you email us at hello@wegola.com.au. Stored in our email provider for as long as the conversation is active.

Purpose
We use the data above for the following purposes only:
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not share it for marketing third-party products.
Storage
Contact-form submissions are received by our form handler, forwarded to our team inbox, and stored in Google Workspace. They are not added to a marketing list. Analytics data is stored by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.
We use industry-standard access controls (2FA, least-privilege) and only the people who need to see your enquiry can see it. We retain the right to refuse or delete a request that is frivolous, vexatious, or unlawful.
Retention
We keep the minimum for the minimum time, and then we delete it.
Overseas
Some of the third parties above (Vercel, Google Analytics, Resend) may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we only use providers that maintain comparable privacy controls and contractual safeguards.
If you are an Australian resident, the Australian Privacy Principles continue to apply to your data regardless of where it is processed.
Your rights
We respond to access and correction requests within 30 days, as required by the Privacy Act 1988. There is no fee for a standard request.
